Buffalo dip: ranch or blue cheese?
What do you guys use in buffalo chicken dip? Blue cheese dressing or ranch, and why? I use whatever we have.

I always use blue cheese. I think it has more flavor against the spicy chicken. Ranch is too boring, much better for veggies.:)

Thanks for your opinion
Also, don't you think that ranch has too much of a not exactly sour flavor, hard to describe.

I've always used Ranch, but I like JD's adding of BC crumbles. And I just had BBQ wings for supper! Drat. Why didn't you post this last night?? Guess there's always next time.
(Is it blue or bleu cheese?)

I didn't check my questions last night, sorry WG!
I think it's blue cheese, that's what it says on the label here

Bold flavor stands up against bold flavor.
Which means... sure... ill take ranch if nothing else is available, but a strong BC stands up to a bold sauce... just like a robust wine can handle heavy handed beef or game.

I have found a perfect condition, non-replica, readable Buffalo nickel! The ONLY thing I cannot read is the date.
Any good prices? It looks really old but is in great condition. :) Thanks. Bye.
