    Supplier overcharge to us, so what we issue debit note or credit note to them?
    Nice to be you member.

    I have one question: If supply over charge to us, do we need to issue debit note and credit note?

    If a supplier overcharged you it means that you credited his account for more than it should be. Accordingly, you need to decrease his balance by debiting his account and that means you should issue a debit note.
