    Do it step by step.

    1. What is the probability of getting an even number?
    2. Then, what is the probability of getting two even numbers?
    3. Then, what is the probability of getting a vowel among the 26 letters?
    4. Multiply 2. by 3. to get the answer. You use multiplication because you need both events to be happening at the same time, it's even numbers and vowel.
