    Emergency Heat vs Auxiliary Heat
    Why is my thermostat saying the Emergency Heat is on rather than the auxiliary heat and what do I do to correct the problem?:confused:

    Your electric heaters are on instead of the heat pump. Call for service there is nothing you can do.
