Hello again! What is the best way to put on eyeliner? I want mine to look smoky but it doesn't turn out that way so if you know of a website or if you know please send it to me

I have an eyeliner.. I forget who its by but on the other end of it is a spong type thing that u can use to smudge the eyeliner to look smokey.. im sure other brands have types like this too
