    Second violation but first formal probation violation sentencing
    My boyfriend was violated on informal probation and sentenced 30 days. Now he's on formal probation and was violated. What will he be sentenced?

    Up to the judge, I believe you mean unsupervised probation originally, and now on supervised.

    But the type of violation, and the fact the first time he did not learn his lesson, may cause the judge to issue a more serious punishment
