    Removing an Operating System
    I need to remove Windows 2000 Professional froma laptop and then install Windows XP. How do I do that?

    Simple really.
    Its just a case of throw in your XP CD, boot to it and then follow the on screen prompts.
    Part of the setup is a format which will completely remove everything from your hard drive.
