    Get married illegal immigrant
    My husband and I are married here in the us but he is no legal cani go to mexico to make him legal here in the us?

    He can return to Mexico and apply for a visa to enter the US

    There are 2 different scenarios here...

    1. If he entered without inspection, no visa, he must return to Mexico while you petition immigrant visa for him in US. He will need to submit a waiver to US consulate in Mexico at the interview.

    2. If he entered US on a visa but overstayed, no need to return to Mexico. You can file adjustment of status for him as soon as you get married.

    In both cases, he would need experienced immigration attorney... good luck.
