My mom lost the garage remote, and the key that manually opens the roll up door. She lives in condo, so the garage is in the middle of a row of ten other garages-so there is zero way to enter the garage unless you can use the remote or the key! It is an older place, so the remote she had was programmed with up n down buttons, 6-8 of them if I remember correctly. The key that she used to get it to open or "roll up" with was really tiny, it looked like a diary lock key! I need help because her trash cans are out and the association is going to fine her, Do I get a locksmith to rekey, or what? little help! Thanks

Do any of the other 10 Garage owners have the small key? Can you provide make or model of door, or a picture of the lock, any numbers on it?
