Oh girllllll...
I am sorry for your past loss.
I hope that you will not be really worried or push too hard to get pregnant. It is very rare that someone so young have any problems getting pregnant. I am sure that your doctor will tell you that most people who are trying to get pregnant and are having sex at least four times per week will get pregnant within a six month time frame. I think that your future husband will benefit greatly by visiting the doctor with you before you even become pregnant. Now please excue me while the nurse in me comes out. How is your diet? It is important that you start taking a folic acid supplement each day in order to protect any future baby from neural tube defects and other birth defects? If you use any recreational drugs or alcohol, you must stop. Smoking is horrible for you and any unborn baby. Also any underlying health problems that you may have must be stabalized before you conceive. Please believe me, I have suffered four horrible miscarriages and one stillbirth due to underlying health problems that I was unaware of. I had thyroid and bleeding problems that I should have been tested for before ever getting pregnant. I learned the hard way. I sure hope that someone can learn from me.
Best of luck,
Amy
