    What is the total range for blood sugar tested before meals and after meals?

    Not only did you post in the wrong area (forum Help is clearly marked ONLY for questions about using this site) but your question is very unclear. Can you clarify what you want to know?

    A diabetic?

    You should shoot for 80 mg/dl for morning fasting levels and <150 2 hours after a meal.

    SHooting for 80-150 before meals is indivualistic.
    If your insulin resistant, then shoot for 80
    If insulin sensitive shoot for 150.

    You doc should give you a good range.

    These are US measurements.

    It's important to test 1-2 hrs after a meal once in a while.
