Kenmore Elite Gas Dryer
Hey I have a Kenmore Elite Gas Dryer about 4 years old with a dial timer , it shuts down about every 4 minutes and sometimes stays a running through the full cycle. After it shuts down I can restart the dryer with no problem , the motor sounds good... Thanks for any help Joey

It sounds like something is causing the dryer to drop its holding circuit.
I would check for loose wires at any location, also check to make sure your door is closing properly, and that the door switch is actuating properly. It may be a loose connection at the timer, start button, door switch, etc, any of those can cause a dryer to stop operating during a dry cycle. |

My kenmore elite gas dryer sometimes makes my clean clothes smell like gas. Any suggestions why? It is new I had the gas company come there is no gas leak. And sears was no help. Its very inconsistent as to when it happens not that offten but it does sometimes.
