    How can I get my hair back blonde from brown
    Can anyone help me my hair just does not grow does anyone know anything to get it growing? :)

    Hair grows about 6 inches per year -- a little more for some, a little less for others. There's not much you can do to either increase or decrease the rate of growth.

    If you wish your hair to be blonde and you've dyed it brown, use color remover (ColorFix, Color Oops, etc) to remove the brown. If the remaining natural pigments are light enough, you can dye it blonde from there. Otherwise, you'll have to bleach it to pale yellow and then dye the hair the shade of blonde you wish.

    There are a gazillion posts about how to do that.
