    Outlook Express has no "recycle bin". It has a "Deleted Items" folder. Usually, the deleted items folder is emptied each time Outlook Express is terminated.

    Outlook Express is no longer supported by Microsoft and may be insecure. The replacement is "Windows Live Mail" and it can be installed for free from this link:
