    NEED HELP Immediately
    Unless otherwise noted ignore air resistance and friction and use g=9.8m/s2. Assume mass of the baseball is 0.145kg.

    A baseball is hit with a velocity of 35m/s at a angle of 35 degrees above horizontal.
    (a) What is the horizontal component of the initial velocity?
    (b) What is the vertical component of the initial velocity?
    (c) How long does it take to reach it's maximum height?
    (d) What is the totaltime from the instant it is hit until it returns to it's initial height.

    a) x0 = 35*cos(35)

    b) y0 = 35*sin(35)

    c) y = y0 + v0*t - 1/2*g*t2

    v = dy/dt = v0 - g*t

    vy-max = 0 = 35*sin(35) - 9.8*t

    ty-max = 35*sin(35)/9.8 = 2.05 s

    d) y0 = 0, v0 = 35*sin(35)

    vy-max = 0

    ymax = 1/2*9.8*t^2

    yfinal = y0 = 0

    tfinal = 2*v0/g = 2*35*sin(35)/9.8 = 4.10 s

    And I didn't even have to look at a book...  ;D
