    Bank Account Garnishment
    I live in Michigan. Can a Credit Card Company garnish a Christmas Fund Account?

    Yes. Any account with the possible exception of IRAs that you are an account holder or joint tenant on is open to garnishment. A Christmas Club account is just a regular savings acount.
