    Mp4 player
    My boy friend has a mp4 player he wants to reformate it because it lost all the data. It only has some forniern stuff on it . I can't figure it out and the papers it came with are unreadable. What can we do to get it to work again? Help:confused::)

    As mentioned, connect to usb and use windows explorer to format

    Right click on drive letter of the device and choose format

    If you want to reset it, look for pinhole on player and use paperclip to reset

    OK this is what my boy friend said his player is.
    TIP4 digital Player 4 gig he got it from hong kong.I will tell him what you said to do . Thanks busygal
