    Freelance care service
    I have registered as self employed I will be caring for people in their own homes, I will have no employees and as a registered nurse will care for clients personally, will I need to comply with regulations as set out in domicillary care services.

    You will be safeguarding yourself if you comply with any regulations and most certainly have some liability insurance on hand for emergency situations.
