    Children's movie about a dodo bird
    Hello Everyone,
    I am trying to remember what the a movie is called. It is about a father who is a struggling writer. He is divorced from his wife and his daughter is staying with him for afew weeks. She brings her toy stuffed dodo bird. Every night the father tells her a bedtime story about her dodo bird. The little girl starts to secretly record her fathers bedtime stories and gets her fathers love interest to type the stories out. They then send them to a publisher and get his stories published.
    I also remember that the father had short brown hair and the daughter has very blond hair.
    This was my favorite children's movie, if anyone could help me remember what it is called that would be great!
