    Liver temperature
    What would liver temperature be around 2 hours after death in 45 degree weather?

    Human liver temperature is normally the same as body temp. 36.5, so given that, the liver after death, even 2 hours at 45 degrees would be the same temp as all other body organs. You can't guess, results would vary.
