    Trigonometry is all about using the equations that you know to solve for the unknown. Here you are given the lengths of two of the sides of a right triangle, and asked for one of the angles. Which two sides were you given? Base? Opposite? Hypotenuse? Which angle are they asking for?

    Start by drawing the triangle, then figuring out which trigonometric function to use.
