Social security Administration Lien On House
I received Social security disability payments for a number of years.
After some time they determined that I was no longer eligible and they prorated back a dollar amount that they said I was overpaid.
I am now on a payment plan to pay it back.
Can they put a lien on my house in order to collect the payments?

Could be wrong but I think they're allowed to do so. However, I don't think they'll go through the trouble of filing a lien as long as you stay current on your payments.
