    Let me guess your "girlfriend" is asking for cash to cover this so she can visit.

    This is one of the oldest SCAMS around.
    Run away, don't look back, you are being taken for a ride!

    "R" visa issued for priests, ministers, religious workers, only.

    Visa fee is $131. No other fee... no declaration fee.
