    Not good credit need ing a loan to save his house?
    Our is in a Land Contract that is going into defult. He didn't know his house ins. Cancel. He or the landowner didn't get anything from the company. The landowner can't pay her half of the loan. So she want to default due to the lack of ins. My son got ins as soon as he found out. The problem is he has 30 days to come up with the rest of money. But can't get a loan because of his credit right now. Is their anyone that can help him?My2son

    I really have no idea what you are attempt to explain but no one here is going to co-sign or contribute, if that is what you are asking.

    Your son - if that is who you are talking about - needs an Attorney in HIS area, someone familiar with State Law and all the circumstances.
