Try with 1 keypad, address the Keypad(s) individually.
    Expanders, Receivers, Automation Board?
Also go to, I believe Location #902(enable supervision)to check items on keybuss. Then after about a minute, do 903 to view what is seen by panel on the buss.
An Alpha Keypad will help make this easy.
