    Kitchenaid refrigerator
    Hi all;

    I have a kitchenaid refrigerator with an icemaker. Sometimes the ice has what seems like paper or plastic flecks in them. I have changed the filter about three four months ago. Any thoughts would be helpful.

    The coating is coming off the ice mold. You need to replace your icemaker, Or you could just replace the mold. A little cheaper but more work and skill required.
