Night sports shots with cannon rebel
I have a canon rebel xti with a canon EF70-300mm F4-5.6 lens. I am taking pictures of my sons playing football at night. I have tried many different settings and I am still getting blurry pictures. I have the ISO set on 1600 but am still confused on other settings. Can you tell me specifically what all the other settings should be?

The lens may not be fast enough for the lighting out on the field. Can you post a photo with the setting data on it?
