There is NO best system until much work has been done with a calculator.

In order to calculate what is best for you many different items will have to be known and calculated. Just for example the cost of electric and gas. The amount of electric and gas used per year along with home size etc. Then all the calculations begin. I suggest you contact your contractor and have them run a energy audit to see exactly which system you will benefit the most from. You are not comparing apples to apples here since both systems are of different design and use different energy sources for heating.

Note: I am not trying to make this difficult for you but accuracy is everything to me when spending customers money and knowing exactly what is the best can only be figured when all the paperwork calculations are done.

Same answer as above. You need to contact your dealer since they are going to be doing the work.
