    Construction clean-up
    Hi.

I'm looking into doing new construction clean-up but don't quite know how to bid on such a job. What do you suggest?

    Thanks,

I work too cheap to be good at advising on that BUT one thing you have to keep in mind if if you are going to be hauling stuff to the dump
You need to estimate the gas and the loads to include the dump fee. If there happens to be scrap metal you can take that to the scrap yard as well as include it in your price.

Pricing; Include all your overhead (supplies, equipment, cleaning supplies, insurance, taxes, labor, etc) then add your profit, In a competitive situation profit is usually about10 to 15% of you overhead totals.
