    Leather jacket
    I just got a new leather jacket and the first time I wore it it left a black residue on my clothing. Is there anything I can do or will it stop after a while?

    Hi Stan,
    This is the first time I've ever heard of this happening. There are ways to leech excess dye out of clothing, though as you can't immerse leather, I'm not sure exactly what you can do. I assume it will stop eventually, though one thing you could try that may help, is a spray-on silicone waterproofing designed specifically for leather. This will probably create somewhat of a seal, and at least reduce the problem.
