    Mobile home title
    I purschased a mobile home in Michigan have been waiting 6 months to get title I would like to put this home up for sale how long does a seller have to get you a title before you can just get your money returned/

    They should have signed the title over to you when they sold it to you. Did you go to the notary and have anything signed?
    Did you get a legal bill of sale, pink slip or just something they wrote and signed?
    If you did go to the notary and are waiting for the title I would say you should have got it after 6 to 8 weeks

    You are suppose to get the title at the time of the sale. Unless there was a loan.

    And you will never get your money back unless you ask them, or sue them for it
