    Writ of execution
    When I received the writ of execution, the lawyers told me that they are looking to freeze my account. I have direct deposit of my paycheck. If I change banks will they still be able to freeze that account.

    The account I have now is the credit union that is suing for the funds

    Started to be 500 and now is 1800 is there a chance that they will either give me payment arrangements or cut down the cost of the amount?

    After they find your new account they may freeze it also. How long it takes to find the money is the only "IF"
