    Bank Account Freeze or Seizure
    Can this happen to ones account after a foreclosure and sale of the home --- because the sale amount was less than the owed amount.

    They can come after you for the difference I don't know about freezes or seizures but I am sure they can. They can't touch social security thought unless it is government related.
