Is there someone who would like to write a motivational speech to an audience of youth? The tone should be centered around "Keep Yours Eyes on the Prize). It needs to be about 5 to 10 minutes long.

2. Find a dictionary and a thesaurus. Look up some words like 'prize', 'ambition', 'achievement'.
3. What is an example of the (possible) results of doing this?

But to tell the truth, I find 'motivational speeches' a bit sickening. It always seems like the speaker thinks they're a guru, with no foibles about preaching down to people. Achievement mentality seems for many people to encourage comparing of oneself to others, and in a way it takes our creativity away, because often the terms of 'success' have been handed to us.
If on the other hand "Keep your eyes on the prize" is about something greater than the individual, that's a different story.
