    How to get back deleted e-mail,
    Hi, I am using gmail ID. I already deleted my email message from inbox and trash also.
    Could you please tell me how to get back the same mail.

    Once you delete it from the thrash, you won't be able to recover it. Anyway, you didn't really had to delete it from the thrash... it would have been deleted in a month.
