    .MOV files!
I have a Kodak EasyShare C613. When I take a video on it and then put it on my computer, they save as a .MOV
Windows Movie Maker doesn't accept this file type. Is there any way I can change the file type? (I've tried going into the Kodak program and clicking "Save As" but it doesn't work.)
Or is there another free movie program I can use?

Apple's Quick Time Player will run MOV files. I'm not sure how you would convert them to a different format.
    Good Luck

You can use SUPER (freeware) to convert those files or if you are using a good video editing software such as DVD Slideshow Builder or something comparable then your files don't have to be converted. You can just add them to the program and start from there.

SUPER does evil things to your system: it modifies your DirectShow fitlers among other lazy-programer no-noes

    Please instead use MediaCoder

MediaCoder - more than a universal audio/video transcoder

It's freeware that's properly designed, and updated often
