    Dog having Seizers
I found my dog yesterday having seizures. She was 5 years and 9 months old. She was 1/2 bordercollie, 1/4 german shepard, and 1/4 blue heeler. Her grandmother on her fathers side died of something to do with her nervous system. Her grandmother was also full blooded Blue Heeler. Would that have anything to do with her having seizures?

Please let us know what the vet said. My Yorkie was having seizures and we eventually found out it was due to liver problems. He had to have the operation for a Portal Caval Shunt. That was 4 weeks ago and so far so good. We can put him on ordinary dog food in a month as he now only allowed to the Hepatic dog food from the vet. Good luck and please let us know.
