    What's avg sqft cost to powerwash bldg & wash windows outside?
    I want to know how to bid per sqft for outside commercial window washing.
    Is there a combined cost per sqft for powerwashing bldg? Then window washing?:)

    We charge $2.50 per pane, $5.00 for inside and out. On jobs where they are 'store front' type windows we charge $20.00 per hour, in both cases there is a minimum cost of $175.00.

    These are only suggestions, you are responsible for your own pricing.
