    Copies of bankruptcy papers
    How do I obtain copies of bankrupty papers for myself that are from the early 90s?

    You probably will have to go to the original Federal Courthouse where the bankruptcy was filed and pay a fee for a copy. It will probably entail some sort of search fee as well being that long ago. And no, you cann't find this online either. And no, the clerk won't do this over the phone either as you will have to pay a fee upfront to get the copies.

    Hi. Hope I'm not too late. And your court will not have a copy of the bankruptcy either. I got mine from Derrick from a website that retrieve bankruptcy records. And he was fast. Wishing you the best.
