The real situation is that.. I am a Sri Lankan and my ex-wife is a Filipino, One my wife took my child and flew secretly to Philippines and left the baby there and came to Dubai, then we had a court case in Dubai and finally I got the full custody of the child. Until my wife handover the child to me she can not leave Dubai. Since that day she is hiding and no
Now, I came to Sri Lanka and want to file a case from here... since no use from Dubai.
My question is that if I get a court order against my in-laws who are keeping my child without my consent , can it be executed in Philippines?

I'm confused. You got the full custody of the child but you in -laws but still have your kid? What's the nationality of your kid? How old? Are you at odds with your in-laws, trying to get your kid but wouldn't give it to you?
If you will file the case there in Sri Lanka, better ask your lawyer over there, check out procedures, eventually get in touch with your in-laws in the Philippines. You said you have the full custody of the kid (and I assume kid is a Sri Lankan national too) so your in-laws can't keep your kid. It will be kidnapping. You just have to know how to get your child back by talking to your lawyer or an immigration expert in Sri Lanka.
I suggest you talk to your in-laws first to fly your kid in your country so you won't need to spend in lawyers and paper works. Filipinos doesn't like going to the court so just talk to them first.

Thanks for the information. My Kid is Philippine national since she was borne in Philippines and I am working on to get dual citizenship here in Sri Lanka. My problem is that the in-laws are not coming to negotiate with me , I tried several times. So there is no option I have left other than court case

In the Philippines if the kid is below 7 years old, it should be on the mother's guidance. How old is your kid? I'm just not sure how it will go against of your custody with him since he's a Philippine national. You must go to the Philippine embassy in Sri Lanka. Since he's with your in-laws, you will surely win on that area.

Even though My child is a Philippines national still I am the legitimate father of her. In Dubai , the fact that court considered to give the child was , mother left the child and came back to Dubai without a proper reason. Court consider it as a irresponsible action done by the mother and also the financial status.
My child is 4 years old but... I won the case because of that

Yes you are that's why your in-laws can't keep your kid if you can take care of her.
You have to prove that the mother is unfit to take care of your child by showing those documents acquired in Dubai. Again ask Philippine embassy in Sri Lanka and you may not even need to sue your in laws. Immigration and police officers may just come over to your in-laws place and forcefully get your child.
I wish U all the best. There are a lot of men just forgetting their kid when they got separated.
