    GABA
I have read that GABA can stimulate human growth hormone and is also
Efficacious to relaxation and brain function. Some say 5-18 gr daily, especially a couple hours before bedtime, is best dose. I'm healthy, slightly overweight 65-yr old male looking to burn fat and I exercise daily.

Yet.. the pills in the store I see are only 500mg or 750mg, and the salesperson says beware, start w/ just one 500mg dose daily.

    I have been taking a 750 mg w/breakfast, one more w/lunch, and 2-3
More near bedtime. That's 3 to 3-3/4 gr. Daily. Is that too much or too
Little?? should I take more or less? Is it only effective on empty stomach and am I wasting my money on the breakfast/lunch doses?I have had no
Ill effects from my present dose, which has been for 3 weeks now

    Re: GABA
Yeeouch! Without a doubt you need to go see a licensed physician and he or she will probably send you to a licensed dietician to help you with your weight loss plans.

GABA is the product of a biochemical decarboxylation reaction of glutamic acid by the vitamin pyridoxal. GABA serves as a inhibitory neurotransmitter to block the transmission of an impulse from one cell to another in the central nervous system. Medically, GABA has been used to treat both epilepsy and hypertension where it is thought to induce tranquility in individuals who have a high activity of manic behavior and acute agitation.

It is not to be toyed with.

You might want to check out the following site for more info you can read on:

http://www.worldhealth.net/ World Health provide tons anti-aging info on it. In fact, Dr. Goldman and Dr. Klatz are the leading doctor in this industry. Both of them has been on HGH themselve, since I met them before. In addition, I would really suggest you buy "The New Anti-Aging Revolution: Stopping the Clock" book.

http://www.health-buzz.com/HGH and http://www.health-buzz.com/AntiAgingSkinCare are the products endorse by them. Many of my friends are using it with excellent result.
