    Toilet slow drain,no Flush
    A new problem,toilet,when flushed,fills to top of bowl,nearly overflowing then slowly drains,not the good flush we are used too.

    Several issue can cause this, Tom will tell you about his favorite in a few minutes. I will start with recommending you plunge the toilet several times. If that doesn't produce results then use a toilet auger which will clear the integral toilet trap.
