    5hp MTD FRTine Tiller
    My tiller runs fine for five to ten minutes then dies.:confused:

    Check for spark (take the plug out (it'll be hot!! ) and put it back in the wire, and ground it to the head and pull the engine over and watch for spark) immediately after it dies...

    Also try it with the gas cap off or loose first.
