There is a song that is sung by a woman on a commercial. The commercial is for a woman's product like shaving or something. Anyway it goes something like... "And its alright and its going strong. We're going to get right back where we started from. Love is good, love could be wrong, we're going to get right back where we started from."

Anyone know the name and/or the singer? It is like a late 70's or early 80's song.

It is definitely a catchy song. The song you heard is most likely 1976's "Right Back Where We Started From" by Maxine Nightingale. Here is a brief bit of the lyrics:

Ooo and it's all right and it's comin' 'long
We got to get right back to where we started from
Love is good, love can be strong
We got to get right back to where we started from

She also scored a big hit with "Lead Me On" in 1979.
