    Served for judgement

    I have been serve a judgement for a credit card I could not pay what can I do I can not afford this.

    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    You aren't "served a judgement". You may have received a summons relating to a court suit to obtain a judgement. Or you may have received notice that a judgement has been entered against you. Which is it?


    There are loads of threads in the Credit, Small Claims and Bankruptcy & Debt forums, that address this issue. I suggest you browse around and review some of them.
