    Click on, http://www.moen.com/shared/pdf/7385sp.pdf To see your faucet.
    This faucet uses a regular cartridge and there is no adjustment for the hot and cold mix. This screw secures the handle assembly. It looks stripped. Perhaps you'll have to drill it out and replace it. Regards, Tom
