    Trespass
    I have ask someone to not come onto my property and she continues to do so, the police say she can as she is dropping off her 16 year old daughter who is friends with my daughter despite our houses are 50 feet apart and the children can walk, is this correct that this woman can, after I have told her over and over to not come onto my property?

    Her daughter is coming over to go inside your house but the mother is not allowed even on the sidewalk or the yard? Is that about it.

    Why is it you don't want her to even come on your property
