In a workbook, I have an "inputs worksheet". It has data that I want to use across multiple other worksheets in the workbook. Example in worksheet "EX"
A B C
1 12 13 14
2 56 57 58

In my target worksheet ABC, rather then assigning the an EX worhsheet cell value as =ex!a1 in cell ABC:b2 have the formula in ABC:b2 pick up the EX cell number from a value stored in a ABC worksheet cell.

Folks... sorry of the very dull question above. I found that I could do what I wanted using VLOOKUP. Dumb, dumb, dumb.
