    Detritus origin of sedimentary depositions during Jurassic in Oxfordshire,UK
    What was the hinterland (the source material) for the deposition of the sedimentary rocks during Jurassic period in Oxfordshire, UK?

    I imagine it would have been the same glacier that carved out the lakes in Scotland and the Lake District in England. That source would then have been the arctic.
