    Alimony
HEllo, I am having a problem with my alimony. See I pay on a regular; but now I have a new woman in my life and she is pregnet. I was wondering is there any way to lower my alimony payments or to stop them in any way?
I have two step kids as well and I am trying to remarry, so I would like to know what are my options.:(

Go to a divorce attorney and talk with them about this.

You can petition the court to lower your alimony payments, but I do not know if that would be successful or not.

You should go speak with a divorce attorney.

Petition to court to have your alimony payments lowered due to the new obligation of supporting this child. Nothing will become effective until the child is actually born and you may have to present evidence in the form of a DNA test to prove that you are indeed the father of this child (unless you are married to the mother but your post gives the impression that you aren't.)
